Are you using an older version of Camfrog for Windows? Starting Monday, March 1st, older versions of Camfrog for Windows will not be able to sign on. Today we released an important update to the Camfrog Distributed Server software.
This update contains some important security and stability updates, and as such is a mandatory update. This means that you will need to update all your servers as soon as possible to prevent Camfrog Video Chat rooms that you host from going offline. Please note, that this update requires ALL components of the CDS to be updated, including media and room server components. This required update must be completed by Wednesday, July 6th, or your rooms will go offline until you update.

If you have upgraded to the new Windows 7 operating system today then you should have no problem using our Camfrog software. Our Camfrog software has been tested for compatibility and reliability on Windows 7 and it was found to have passed Microsoft designed tests to minimize the possibility of crashes, hangs, and reboots.
Camfrog client was also found to install cleanly and reliably and eliminate unnecessary reboots. If you are using Windows 7 bit or bit you should have no problem using Camfrog. If you find any problems while using Camfrog with Windows 7 please let us know in the comments area.
Today we updated our Camfrog Windows client with version 5. This new version allows Pro users to remove ads from chat room list, adds new green diamond virtual gifts, creates a new system for changing your email address for more security, the minimum password for accounts is now 6 characters, and we have fixed several crashes some users were experiencing.
Camfrog Mac 1. You can stop all screen dimming while using Camfrog. Please note you may use more battery power while using this setting. Incoming Message Sounds — You can turn incoming instant message sounds on and off. Switch to phone mode and you can speak to your friend just like when you are talking on the phone. The audio will work through the normal phone speaker and microphone. Once this setting is on hold the phone to your face normally like you would with a normal phone call.
